Description: Area 21 members meet on the first Tuesday of each month in the Jolly
Drover Public House at Hillbrow, on the A2070, just north of
Petersfield.
Although our Area is officially for South East
Hampshire, many members from other Areas join us and enjoy a happy
evening. We tend to arrive from about 7.00pm onwards, depending on how
hungry we feel, because most of us take dinner at the pub and the food
is very good, plentiful and well priced.
About half of our
attendees are ladies and conversation is by no means limited to talk
about cars. There is often a small contingent who prefer just to stand
at the bar and chat. Attendance varies, generally depending upon the
weather, but we gather an average of around 30 to 36 members.
Car parking is plentiful and in the summer months, it isn't unusual to find up to 20 Astons gleaming outside.
Do come along and join our crazy bunch for an evening of laughs, everyone is most welcome.
