The Jamestown Classic Car Club has recently undertaken a series of unique "Racing for Scholarship" events and raised a grand total of $4,400.
The money was presented to Jamestown College by the car club in order to assist local students by providing various scholarships at the college.
The scholarships were awarded to Nathan Bivens, Nikki Iverson, Julia Stroh and Simon Anderson.
This unique "Jimmie Generation Scholarship Program" allows organisations such as the classic car club to establish named scholarships for students at the college.
The scholarships are also open to student artists and student athletes.
