Welcome to the West Sussex Area of the Lotus Seven Club from
myself, Steve Newman, who took on the role of Area Rep in February 2007.
Now some 3 years into the role I’m pleased to say that we still have a
very healthy monthly meeting seeing as many as 40 people turning out on
a nice summer evening. Having said that, as I write, we’ve just seen
more than 20, at our February 2010 meeting make a great evening at our
regular meeting place.
Speaking of which, I should let you know that we meet on the 2nd
Wednesday of each month at the Winterton Arms, Boxgrove, near
Chichester, PO18 0LH. Given that the meeting point is to the western end
of the county we are pleased to regularly welcome members from the
Solent area to our east.

Over the last 3 years we’ve enjoyed many evening blats often covering
100+ miles to get to the pub by which time a nice cool drink is very
welcome.

one evening, we really do try and make new visitors most welcome so.
