Description: Welcome to the The London & Surrey Mini Owners Club We currently have two socials per month as follows: The second Thursday of each month, at The Midday Sun, Outwood Lane, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 3NA. To get there follow the A217 towards Kingswood and then the B2032 which runs through to Kingswood. Follow the road for a couple of miles and the pub is on the left. The last Tuesday of the month is at the Cap In Hand, Hook Rise North, Hook, Surbiton, KT6 5DE (effective from Tuesday 29th November), you can find this pub on the A3 at Surbiton junction for the Chessington World of Adventure. Both socials start from around 7.30 – 8.00 and offer great affordable food, an outside area and plenty of parking. These are great opportunities to meet people from the club, and to get to know more about what we do. We look forward to seeing you there with or without your Mini. Why Join the LSMOC? The London & Surrey Mini Owners Club is one of the largest Mini Clubs in the UK. The Club exists to offer owners of all Minis, from 1959 to the present day, an opportunity to have fun with their car. Your car may be a pristine, concours quality machine or it may be suffering from years of abuse. It may be straight out of the MINI showroom or it may be in hundreds of boxes in the shed. We welcome anyone who has an affection for this great little car. Because the LSMOC is an Owners Club rather than a Car Club, we don’t just get involved in car based events. You may enjoy attending discounted Mini events or testing your Mini on the rolling road. How about taking it out on a private track day at the historic Goodwood Circuit? Or you may prefer to jump in to our private beach party at the leisure pool, or discounted days at Chessington, Thorpe or LegoLand. Fancy driving a JCB? or being frightened in a cave on Halloween? The LSMOC can help you! Anyone over 17 years of age can join the LSMOC. Although we are based in the London & Surrey area, we have members all over the UK and some abroad as well, (although Minitalk has to be sent by arrangement outside the UK). How do I join? You can download the form and send it to the Club PO Box (details are on the form), join at a show, or you can just turn up to one of the socials and join there - If you are not sure, why not come to check us out before you join? How Much does it cost? Single Members: £20 per year Joint Members: £30 per year, (All the benefits of single membership each but you may have to share your copy of Minitalk)
